Sarah Metcalfe
Sarah is the Founder and Chief Happiness Officer at Happy Coffee Consulting, and an international keynote speaker. She founded Happy Coffee after 9 years building award winning global customer service and customer experience based on the fact that happy employees deliver amazing customer experience.
Sarah has spent the last 10 years researching and training in Happiness at Work and is a Certified Chief Happiness Officer.
In 2019 Sarah co-founded the first Global Online Summit for Happiness at Work, which has provided inspiration to more than 2000 participants from 61 countries since it's launch. Sarah has worked with companies like Google, WDHB, L’Oreal, DoctoLib, Sabio, FUTR, Abcam Life Sciences, Teleperformance, and many others.
In 2019 she provided international keynotes and workshops in Canada, U.K., Denmark, France, Ireland, Spain, Belgium, Poland and Netherlands. In 2020 and 2021 she mostly stayed at home :)
