Coaching

Our coaching programme works to energise team members and embed the desired change into team culture. A group coaching programme increases individual motivation, connection between team members and a deeper understanding about how people work. The coaching programme works to increase psychological safety within the team, by building trust between team members and leaders and is a way to tap into the power of personal purpose to create the desire and energy for change.

Training & Courses

Real change takes time. We host training programmes to support leadership and internal happiness training courses. We first inspire, then embed happiness and people at the heart of your organisation. Giving ownership and knowledge to your teams so they learn how they can create happiness for themselves, and for each other.

Retreats

Your retreat will be specially curated to create the experience your team requires. Using our experience in workplace happiness, leadership training, forest school and improvisation we offer a carefully crafted, transformational experience for people to reconnect with themselves, their colleagues and the natural world.

These retreats are powerful as one off events, integrated into longer coaching programmes or for team/project kick off.
